We appreciate your support and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Please read this policy carefully to understand your rights and our obligations regarding returns and refunds.
Physical Books & Merchandise
✅ Returns Accepted:
We accept returns on physical books and merchandise within 14 days of delivery if:

The item is unused and in the same condition you received it.

It is in the original packaging with all tags, inserts, and materials.
📌 How to Return:
Contact us first via our Contact Page to request a return authorization. Please include your order number and reason for return.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or we made an error.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you by email. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and quality reasons, we do not accept returns for:

Digital products (eBooks, downloads, or online content) once accessed or downloaded.

Personalized or custom-made items.

Items returned in used or damaged condition not due to our error.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll gladly replace the item or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer exchanges. Please return the item for a refund (if eligible) and place a new order.
